As a Functional Nutritionist and Women’s Menstrual Health Practitioner, I am dedicated to assisting women in conquering their most distressing menstrual symptoms.
I employ a root cause & whole body approach grounded in scientific evidence to address my clients’ symptoms, taking into account all possible underlying factors that may be influencing their condition.
My passion is deeply rooted in women’s menstrual health + wellness, nutrition, functional labs, and clean beauty.
I am also a fervent advocate for dismantling the stigma that surrounds menstrual disorders and mental health struggles.
Living with chronic illness can feel overwhelming and isolating. My journey began when I was just fourteen, experiencing a terrifying panic attack while babysitting. Over time, I was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder, then later PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder), but the treatments offered—various medications, birth control, therapy—only seemed to scratch the surface of my ever-shifting symptoms. I tried supplements, herbal remedies, yoga, and meditation. Still, each time I felt I was making progress, the pain and emotional turmoil would return, sometimes so severe I needed help walking, bathing, and even dressing myself.
The traumatic events in my life compounded my struggles: losing my father in a tragic accident, my aunt’s suicide, and my cousin’s ongoing battles with addiction that ultimately took her life. These losses deepened my anxiety, depression, and cyclical pain. Yet, my breaking point also became my turning point. When I decided to study nutrition, I learned how hormones, inflammation, and mental health are deeply interconnected. Implementing what I discovered—nourishing foods to reduce inflammation and stabilize hormones, nervous system regulation to soothe stress responses, mindful self-care habits, and infradian rhythm alignment to work with my cycle instead of against it—gradually alleviated my debilitating pain and stabilized my moods.
It wasn’t an overnight fix; there were many setbacks and tears. But through patience, persistence, and self-compassion, I found a version of myself free from the constant agony of monthly flare-ups. My physical strength returned, and so did my hope. Today, I’m sharing this journey because I know there are countless women silently enduring the same pain—feeling isolated, dismissed, or desperate for real answers. I’m here to reassure you that healing is possible, even if it feels out of reach right now. You deserve support, solutions, and relief, and I’m committed to helping you find them.

I am married to an aviation nerd from Maryland and mama to an opinionated, creative, and imaginative daughter.
We have two crazy kitties that chose us, named Sofie and Decker.
